Subject to the “Agreement for Items Left at Divine Consign for Future Pick Up or Delivery”, I understand that I am solely responsible for measuring my space, including all access doors, hallways, corners and locations to ensure that the item I purchased can be safely delivered and will fit into my desired location. The area for delivery must be prepared (all items removed of furniture and personal belongings. At the time of the delivery, if the item cannot be safely delivered* or will not fit and must be returned, I understand that the delivery fee will NOT be refunded and the return will be subject to our standard return policy (3 days from date of purchase = full return; 7 days from date of purchase = store credit only; more than 7 days after purchase = no return). Further, if the item must be picked up on an occasion other than the date of delivery, I understand that I will be responsible for that pick-up fee as well. I understand the aforesaid and agree:
I understand that I must pick up the items I purchased today within 10 days. If I do not pick the items up within 10 days of my purchase, I understand and agree to pay a $10 per day storage fee which must be paid before the item is released. I understand that if I choose to have the items delivered, I must schedule the delivery within 10 days of purchasing the items. The items must then be delivered within 14 days of the date I originally scheduled the delivery. I understand that if I do not schedule delivery within 10 days of purchasing these items OR if my delivery does not occur within 14 days of the initial schedule date, I will be charged and agree to pay a storage fee of $10 per day, until delivery, which must be paid in full before the item is released. I understand that if I reschedule my delivery outside of these parameters, I will be charged and agree to pay a $10 per day storage fee before the item is released.
